Parcel Opening Video (Mandatory)

To ensure a smooth and fair resolution of any damage-related claims, customers must record a continuous parcel opening video while unboxing the package. The video should clearly show the unopened parcel, the opening process, and the condition of the product. Claims submitted without this video cannot be considered.

Authentic Handwoven Sarees

Many of our sarees are handwoven and traditionally crafted. Slight weaving marks, extra threads, thread pulls, handloom lines, or minor irregularities are natural features of handcrafted sarees and are not considered manufacturing defects or damages.

Damaged Product Claims

We accept returns or exchanges only for products damaged during transit or received in a damaged condition. Any such issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with the mandatory parcel opening video. The video must be unedited and clearly show the damage.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, the saree must:

• Be unused and unwashed.
• Be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
• Be neatly folded in its original condition.

Products returned in a used, damaged, or improperly folded condition may not qualify for an exchange.

Exchange Process

Once we receive the returned product, our quality team will inspect it to verify that it meets our return eligibility criteria. If approved, the exchange will be processed accordingly.

Color Variation

Actual product colors may vary slightly (approximately 5–10%) due to lighting conditions during photography, display settings, and screen resolution. Such minor color variations are normal and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. Approved return requests will be processed as either:

• Product Exchange, or
• Store Credit.
